Leave your luggage in the spacious central hallway and go through the gate to take in a first look at your views.  The beautiful, secluded garden and the uninterrupted vista over the fields beyond, with the famous Norfolk endless skyline.

Step up to the decking with bistro table and chairs for that perfect breakfast or evening drink, sheltered with a striped canopy and with patio doors that lead you into the indoor dining area.

This accommodation is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a fridge / freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob and gas combi boiler. 

The large modern tiled bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The towel warmer will ensure your towels are warm and ready for you.

 

Your bedroom on the same floor contains a king-size bed with deep. hotel standard mattress. The TV is equipped for Freeview channels and DVD.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, you can have the zip and link beds made as two singles or put together as a roomy double in the end room. The room at the top of the stairs is single only.

 

After your day on the the beach or exploring the Norfolk Broads relax in the lounge which has a corner sofa and pouffe. The TV in here is Smart plus Sky, so plenty of choice of viewing. Use the WIFI code given for keeping up to date.

You are only a five minute walk from the beach, shop and local Reef Bar.  Sea Palling is located on the East Coast of Norfolk and has fine sandy beaches backed by sand dunes, all located in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
